It's totally acceptable not to date during the week. I wouldn't either. It's somewhat typical not to date during work week. I knew one guy ( I knew him in real life just not romantically until he started asking me out) pushed to meet during the week and it turned out he had a girlfriend, that's why his weekends were busy hhmm
