I might be wrong but it seems this entire situation is a Drama fest from top to bottom.

You have been given advice about filing for child support, how to manage him and his partner and how that is going to effect YOUR Child.

I think your playing with fire with making remarks about the death of her son..... Sure your angry but someone needs to be an adult here....Take the high for your childs sake.

If this woman is threating to cause you physical harm then that needs to be addressed by the authorities. It may or may not effect your childs Father to have visatation etc .

There is really no reason what so ever , none.... for you to be discussing anything with his partner. You deal with your childs father... Get court ordered support and everything in writing and you can go about your life and raising your child.
