I'm not entirely sure, but I know that RLS/akathisia is thought to be partially attributed to low dopaime levels, hence why antipsychotics can cause problems with it.

It can be treated with dopamine agonists, but I have a feeling although the likes of adderal increase dopamine... that stimulants themselves generally aren't good for restlessness.
