I know I sometimes struggle myself with this. I agree with Elsa though, it may be a low mood on the depressive side of bipolar, and calling yourself lazy will probably just make you feel worse.
You should get up and do something, (if you're up to it of course). Something small, like lighting a candle or taking a shower, you know something to just make you feel good. It can make a world of difference. (((hugs))) we are here for you!
