That's gotta be really hard. Do you know how much time you have left to work with him? Maybe he has a certain agenda of what he wants to accomplish with you before you have to leave? Is it different than your agenda? Or maybe you guys just have two different ways in which you want to go about meeting the goal(s) and you need to meet in the middle somewhere.
