There is no real danger of stopping and starting Buspar from a titration point. It's not physically addictive as benzos are.

Thank you for this! I think I will start taking it to see if it helps. Do you happen to know if I should take it at morning or at night? Does it matter? I suppose I could look this up, but I thought I'd ask you, too.
