Interesting to read all of the things you guys do at night. I actually work 3rd shift, as it says in my screenname, I'm nocturnal! When I'm off I stay up browsing the web or playing videogames on my PS3. I also like to catch up on shows like The Blacklist or Mr. Robot, just to name a couple. But I think a good solution to insomnia is to do an activity like exercise, take a walk. do laundry, read, then you may naturally feel tired afterwards.
And by the way, I'll have some soup as well!
