I made an experiment last night. Shredded a watermelon and ate to my heart's content.
Then ate ham and cheese rolls before going to bed. A lot. Almost a pound. Had to force down the last bites.
Didn't go to the fridge at all the whole night. Imao what I need is protein. Mainly pork.
It takes forever to digest.
With ice cream and pie, I'm hungry in two hours. And it's a painful hunger sensation in the gut.
