I understand what you are going through. How I look at it is the diagnosis is just a label for insurance to pay a bill. What really matters is that you are getting treatment that works. I am not a doctor and this is just my opinion! I think the depression, anxiety, psychosis, and panic can all fit in with the Bipolar diagnosis. You can have depression, anxiety, and psychosis with bipolar disorder. Also if you spend much time in the depressive part of the bipolar the cronic fatigue and even possibly the fibro. could be related to that as well. (I know depression makes fibro. symptoms worse) The PTSD could also be causing the anxiety and panic. (At least in my case it does) I don't know much about lupus or parkinsons. I know some about MS due to they thought my husband had it. Hope this helps and also welcome.
