Hi guys and girls. Just wondering if anyone else works 3rd shift here? I work about 30 hours a week on average and have some struggles with my sleeping pattern. I normally sleep a few hours after getting off of work and then nap right before my shifts. Feel free to discuss what works best for your sleep and how you stay awake during the shifts themselves.

Current meds: Klonopin .5mg as needed, Abilify 20 Mg, and Cymbalta 60 Mg.
