I have recently started doing yoga and it has done wonders for my mind my heart feels lighter I feel happier. The endorphin's from all that stretching and exercise is realigning my brain to release serotonin and make me happier. I love yoga and I have been doing it everyday it is also much harder then I expected and gives me a burn but I love it the doctor was right about me needing exercise and hobbies to cheer me up. It has definitely given my life purpose and meaning.
