I have come to the conclusion that it's best for me not to have too much of binge food at home. It's because this is where I do most of my eating. If I want something besides regular meals I allow myself to have it at times but only get one container or pkg of whatever it is; candy bar, pt. of ice cream, ice cream sundae, etc. It's easier not to binge when there's little binge food at home.
