That's a lot of info for sure. I would certainly keep this documented, however try to go into the appointment with an open mind not swayed by literature and more designed medication to fit you personally.

As far as tx with medications, it has been hit and miss, for me. There is some evidence showing that an anti-depressant can cause BPD impulsivity to become heightened, and then also, some without the tx of an anti depressant too depressed to, well, do much. It's so custom fit per person.

I'm on a combo of mood stabilizers (lamictal and abilify) along with an anti-depressant (lexapro) which has to be the most helpful medication for me, or at least, my life is most disastrous if I'm not taking it. They tried taking me off the lexapro to see if my impulsivity reduced, but the depression and anxiety kicked up. Same with the abilify, the reduced dosage sent me into rage and irritation.
