Last time I took my Abilify consistently, (took it for a few months) I didn't gain weight (that I recall, not sure I can trust my med memory anymore). I took 10mg. I'm really pretty sure I didn't gain weight because I remember really liking the drug until another side effect popped up for me. I've heard people say it caused them weight gain, and others who said it did not. The only way to know if it will do this for you is to try it. At that dose, I have high hopes it will not cause weight gain for you. I currently take Abilify, but I haven't been good about taking it everyday unfortunately. Good luck!
