I know this is gonna make you mad but there is a bigger chance they die in a car crash than be a victim of terrorism. I "know" they are gonna strike near me eventually but I don't wanna spend my days frightened. It's enough I have several anxiety disorders...

I bet you are more scared than your kids and imagine all kinds of things. But... life is never safe. Safety is an illusion.

I'm not trying to invalidate your emotions but if things get worse, your kids will probably choose to return home.
