The Skeezyks has tried therapy a few times over the years. It was unhelpful. He has instead turned to Buddhist practice to find peace. The Buddha was once asked if a bad person can achieve enlightenment. He replied it is possible... but it would be difficult. The Skeezyks is working on it...
