Amitriptyline can do it. You are probably super sensitive, because your dose was small, but, it happens at small doses, too. In general, there is NO direct "earmarked" fix for this - the drying effect of APs is a side effect rather than a beneficial effect, and that side effect goes overboard, missing the point of normalcy. The only fix is general mood stabilization - in other words, there is nothing just for hypersexuality, but as your mood is stabilized, you should go back to normal sexuality. Just know that it won't last forever, that - as noted above - you are not a pervert, and that you are not alone, and target general mood stabilization.
With migraines, an elimination diet can help with prevention. Amitriptyline is used to prevent migraines, so I am suggesting an alternative prevention route. It did help me. E.g. I do not eat bananas and nuts and chocolate because they are trigger foods for me. It will take time to figure out if you have trigger foods, but doing so is safe, unlike taking Amitriptyline, especially Amitriptyline without an AP. Please also note that migraineurs in general have a higher sex drive (because of something in the brain), so your baseline is higher than in the general population. I hope with mood stabilization you will be able to enjoy that sex drive without feeling overwhelmed by it.
Tegretol and Depakote also prevent migraines, but be careful, especially with Depakote, at it can cause large weight gain. I would start with trying an elimination diet because it has no side effects.
