. Hi there OM and Thankyou for posting your concerns. Now, whilst I'm no Dr or anything else qualified, I have and do suffer times of highs and lows similar to which you described.
I'm not diagnosed bi~polar but I'm am diagnosed BPD, with that comes a huge range of "symptoms" which often mimic bi~polar.
You are very young at only 15, however you can never be too young to approach your family Dr and explain to him/her exactly how you've been feeling hunny. Age doesn't come into mental illness, if that's what it is. My issues began when I was around 18, but long before that there were issues.
I get times of feeling mildly high and times of being extremely tired and somewhat down, often doing nothing.
It all depends on how your feelings effect your everyday life really. If it is DEFINATELY making your life difficult to bare, than honestly, you should try and explain to your family Dr, who hopefully may decide to refer you to a theripist
Please don't feel you are on your own, you are not, many folk here feel like yourself from time to time.
Should you need to talk, vent or rant, and especially if you need to talk to someone who understands, please do contact one of us community liasion and we will try and help.
Love and Hugs, Xxxx. :~))))
