I worked call center for years. It takes a special kind of person to endure daily insults and upset customers.
Over time i got better at positioning different kinds of bad news. But it was stressful and hard.
You are at a start up and thats super exciting! I worked for a fortune 100 company. So when i had someone cancel with us, its a drop in the bucket. But im guessing you are extra stressed bc startups rely on every customer and good referrals.

I ended up being a new hire trainer for the new reps on the phones, and my advice would be, if this job is making you this stressed, this early, talk with management. No job is worth your mental or physical health.
