I definitely relate to this! ...and I don't even have an ED. 'o.O I always try to buy only what I need, bar a few treats. What has helped me for a few months now is to cook nearly every meal. I cook 1-2 times a day. Shortbread isn't too difficult to make; you could make them far healthier.
