Don't have an ED, just looking through the forums on behalf of my ex who does. She loves Mexican food in resteraunts and that. That stuff is great, but I hear a lot of it is not healthy at all.
My weakness was Indian takeout... vegetable vindaloo... mmmm... unfortunately, I moved away from that takeout place so it's probably just as well! Now I cook my own curries.

My weakness nowadays, since I'm trying to lose weight
(I WAS overeating; I ate a lot and gained quite a bit of weight during a very depressive period.) is mac n cheese and vegetables. I also love Doritos but I do manage to keep them as a treat.
Diet Coke or Pepsi is another one I struggle with... I have them as a treat, but perhaps a lil too often. I'm trying to cut back on the soda. The shandy isn't too bad as it has no aspartame and no added sugar.

My urge to munch comes at night more than anything. As I understand it, as you become tired, your body craves carbs for energy to keep yourself awake. What we probably should be doing, is eating something small and healthy, then going to bed. Unfortunately, a lot of us will dive into the kitchen and grab something that typically is rich in simple carbs because they're quick and easy. The other factor I'm sure plays a role is that when night comes around, it's often quiet, lonely, and so many of us are left with our own thoughts. x_x I try to keep myself distracted during those times.
