Same here.
I also made healthy oatmeal cookies from scratch. Instead of regular butter, I used light margarine, which has a lot less calories. I also used wheat-flour instead of regular flour. Can't taste the difference.

breakfast - 1 scrambled egg and a mini bagel
lunch - 1/2 a can of organic chicken noodle soup
dinner - organic pasta with organic red sauce
dessert - oatmeal cookies!
