I have three playlists for different mood states. I have a rainy days playlist full of depressing songs, obviously for depression. Sunny days playlist for hypomania - mostly fast rock. i also have a positive mind full of positive, uplifting songs for mild depression.
I have not baseline for five months so I have been listening to my stable music, mostly ska punk and rock.
