That shooting that happened in the movie theater in Co was only 1 1/2 blocks away from where my daughter lives. She wasn't at the movie that night but that's been several years ago & she says she still can't get herself to go to the movies any more.

I don't have a TV & don't get the streaming on my computer. Don't want to pay & living in the country the connection isn't good anyway. 9 years without TV but I get news from the Internet though that time I hadn't heard about the shooting when she texted me the next morning that she was ok. I had to research what she was ok from & that was when I found out what happened. We do worry about our kids more that ourselves from my own personal experience.....I understand your concern with the state the world is in you never know what will happen next or where or to who....& we know so little about the thinking of terrorists & there is so much behind the scene that we have no idea about who is involved with who & why that it makes it that much worse on our fear emotions.
