I have seen my Pdoc few days ago. So yes, according to him, it was due to Amitriptyline. Similar to when I was give anti-depressant for my depression diagnosis a year ago.
He prescribed me a new med name Quetiapine 100mg for every night. Not sure if it's similar med to what you guys mentioned but it knock me off and set me for 18 hours of deep sleep, after being awake for days lol. Now I feel as if my my mood is balanced out, mind is clear and my hypersexuality is gone. I do have the sexual feeling but not as persistent as when I was hypersexual. But the only annoying side effect is the drowsiness and lower energy.

@Sad Mermaid, that makes so much sense! And also an interesting fact of people with migraine I never knew. I thought lamictal is already enough as a mood stabilizer, but I guess it not effective at its lower dosage. I'm definitely gonna try out he elimination diet since I'm trying not to put anymore chemicals in my body.
