I am sorry you are having such a terrible time . I know how bad it can get trying to resist leg movement and then not succeeding.
That bleeding and hernia -- wow you have a lot to deal with.
I take magnesium every day for Restless legs. It seems to work for me. I would recommend the more absorbable type of magnesium citrate as well as magnesium oil spray that you rub into your legs.
