Hey Inny,

Going on a fast, a traditional fast, has been very tempting to me at times... but since I know you have some anorexic tendencies (like me) I would be very cautious about going on a fast unless you're quite sure you're doing it for wellness reasons only (and not to lose weight quickly), and that you're sure you will be able to keep it under control and will be able to start eating again if you find your body or your circumstances demand it. Just my thoughts.
