We went through the criteria for BPD one by one and agreed that I only met two of them. Therefore I can't have a formal diagnosis of BPD!

Before being diagnosed with BPD it was thought I had recurrent depression. Today she said it was dysthymia with major depressive episodes and personality disorder traits. I'm happy with that. Now just waiting for the letter to go to my GP and it will be on my records.
