No not cold turkey. Just had to get rid of the meds in my home. I'm still on a few. But I did stock pile. Now my doc wants to only give me a week supply..... But right now I'm vulnerable.

My sister left on vacation.... Leaving me alone. I'll see my t tomorrow. Right now I just have to figure out a way to keep me safe.
