I feel very similar to Elsa, my moods definitely have an impact on my decision making. When depressed decisions are a no go, when manic, I'll literally change my whole life in a split second, it's how I changed majors, then dropped out of college (oops). When I'm stable I'm at least able to think things through a bit more clearly.
