9.30pm to 07.30am for me - I listen to sleep hypno files online they help me to sleep sometimes - sometimes either I cant get to sleep or I cant wake up - if I do more than 2 nights in a row I sleep the next two days off -
I eat at night on my shift - so I effectively turn night to day and day to night - - depression is a prob for me so I sleep with the lights on - also helps with nightmares and re-orientating myself
try to go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time - but doesn't always work
