First of all, seek psychiatric help if you haven't done so already. There are a lot of ways to approach this including seeing your family doctor for a referral.
As for helping yourself, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is a great form of therapy specific to personality disorders which you can do yourself. There are a wealth of resourceful books out there. Try to stick to workbooks, doing the worksheets over a period of time (it doesn't do you any favours to go through them in several sittings). Also, actually do the work and do so repetitively. Most DBT programs are designed around a 3 month period.
