You don't have to be strong, and you don't have to hide how you're really feeling here. We know what you're going through, sometimes life just gets to be too much and BAM the urges come back and it seems impossible to get over them...

But you know what? I know you can do this, because you've come this far. Reach out here, post some more if it helps, go into Chat and talk, whatever it takes. Actually in the main index for this forum there's a pinned topic about stuff you can do instead of harming yourself. It's a good list, you just have to find what works out best for you.
