I have a cabbage in my refrig & have plans of making a cabbage casserole. Steam the cabbage first after cut into chunks then I put it in a baking dish, sprinkle it with tarragon & Graham Masals. cover it in slabs of white Velveeta cheese pour heavy cream all over that & then sprinkle with bread crumbs then bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbly & the cheese is all melted with the bread crumbs browned......YUM.....but it's going to have to wait until tomorrow because my friend had gall bladder surgery this morning & going to visit her in a short while so I will probably just have a salad when I get home.
