Hello! Saturday and Sunday I had a really good day. I had tears in my eyes the other day from a customer who talked to me like I am stupid. I hate being treated like that I am learning just as much as the customers they feel they aren't talking to customer support which they are plus we are tech support. I have been studying my stuff for 15 mins a night and been telling myself daily that I will succeed with the company.

This job works around the clock I wasn't wanting to go to a job working around the clock wanted a set schedule M-Th or M-F. Had another not so good day with some customers. My confidence isn't that great when speaking and providing the information too much questioning me having customers hang up on me and requesting to speak to other agents.

I believe in the company's vision and mission that the products will get better over time, however, don't believe in putting up with that abuse and I've been there for a month now. Yesterday, I wanted to throw my headset on the desk couldn't believe the bs. I have been panic attacks daily taking deep breaths before answering the phones.

So yea, I am gonna try and find peace hang in there and see what happens. I did tell my former coworker today that this is the last time I will do any call center/tech support work as I would rather find something laid back or do something in a laid back environment without added pressure.
