Just thought I would start a thread for all of us with an Eating Disorder of any kind and those who wish to support us, too.

I'll start:
I am up early and just had my food. It was good, too. I had some veggies and tofu that I steamed. I have ordered some Oriental Spice which is very good on veggies. I hope to get it soon from Amazon.
My weight has been fluctuating but thankfully I am on the right path with it now. That can always change but it's good to feel good about where I am right now.
