My alters all have jobs to what they do. Some are mechanics, electricians, homebodies, public relations, carpenters, interior designer, computer programmer, porn actors, musician- only because they are and thats what they do.

It just seems to be pretending to us, but I cant speak for other systems because I don't know all too much about this condition.
