Thanks so much, everyone. Yeah, I had never heard if this before, myself. After 48 hours of no sleep, I took a taxi to the psych hospital, thinking I had developed some weird new anxiety disorder. Thay discovered the anemia and said. "Your problem is not psychiatric, but is neurological." Dopamine-agonist they prescribed didn't help. So mainly I'm depending on the iron, steak . . . and distraction. I fight RLS with competing stimuli. From what I read, I'm not the first person to think along those lines. When my mind is real interested in sonething, the RLS is not a problem.
