Its the weirdest thing, for example i had a stressful thing happen to me on tuesday and an hour later the right side of my face was covered in acne cysts.
This also happens once a week every month the week before my period.
I havent had any acne up until last year (24 years old) and now this is happening.
Anyone else out there having hormone related acne?

Guys. I am feeling so depressed right now accompanied with suicidal thoughts but when I discuss my problem with my parents they never do regard it as important. Thats teenage acne. Mine is not at all severe but actually quite mild. However I do get a very bad pimple around my nose and now I ot one under my nose. It has healed but left a weird bump idk what it is and if it will take alot of time to heal.i have quite alot of events coming up. I am SO done with it. WHY can't I be normal like enjoying life not caring about anything and all I can think is people staring at that bump and it ruining my appearance. I am so depressed , soaking wet from hours of crying. I feel helpless.
