Yes, the time going by and feeling old is hard; my older two stepsons are 40 and 39! That seems old to me, even not talking about my age! I just started grad school this summer :-)

Maybe you could say you have a "class" (continuing ed) on Thursday mornings? :-) My T had to change my day because she had to take a series of classes on Friday afternoons. T's see therapists too, all the time. I don't think they'd be "shocked".
