I now have an emotional support worker who I will meet with regularly for coffee and chats.She is really nice and I am already feeling brighter after the assessment with her today.She was very kind and understanding and I like her very much.She has been working with domestic violence victims for six years and has personal experience of abuse too!I am feeling very hopeful now and am really self connected now I have support,it is like my soul has settled into my body and is no longer afraid to be here and be alive.I feel my physicallity a lot more,and appreciate my natural surroundings more too.
