I confess, I believe full recovery is possible for many, maybe even most. Some might consider me delusional as a result but I think the odds are on my side. I do agree however that it's a gradual process. There are no timetables, no schedules that can be imposed. It happens as it happens but there are certain factors that can help it happen: family, friends, insight, understanding, meaning, meds as personally determined, etc.
