Probably not the right place for this article but it rankles and upsets me that this happens!
Where was the psychological care for her best interest? I agree, she needed psychiatric care but she should have been given the choice whether she wanted to continue to testify. She never should have been jailed.
Rape victims are traumatized- and continue to be revictimized by the system.
