I've used Betterhelp and found an AWESOME therapist through there.. I now do skype lifecoaching with which is super helpful. !! you of course can do online therapy as well and most times when I've used them I got great people, a few times I didn't feel the connect and they switched me no questions asked .. and now I got the best.. I've also used Talk space,, not as great luck on there at first, I tried several times, felt I wasn't getting much ,, until I got Kat!! She was awesome, and although I'm not with her now, I do touch base with her from time to time , I'm in in person and have my life coach , but she was truly helpful. You have someone that nearly everyday writes to you as things come up.. maybe they don't write as much,, but its a form of someone being there supportng you , and can really be reassuring , especially for people who can't get around.!! thats why I did it.. I would totally try either of them and better help gives you a free week with your counselor to try them out.!
