BTW "mild depression" has a name, "dysthymia", so it is not nothing  . It is recognized as a problem and can be treated. Good luck hope you find some help with it.

I also have negative intrusive thoughts that I cant shake off so that pulls me down as well. Like these past 2 days i snapped out of my mild depressiom but i think i am falling down again, i may have a chemical imbalance im not sure. One moment i can be so happy and then boom the next i feel so sad

Today i feel 50/50 it sucks. I wanted to take my mom on a trip but i am not in the mood of happinesss
