Vegan doesn't have to be anorexic. I know some vegans, and wouldn't call them anorexic. But you really have to be careful to eat enough of the right things to keep your body going. Get enough protein. I'm vegetarian/pescatarian, and nuts are a staple for me. Beans are good too. Peanut butter sounds good. If you go vegan and don't get enough of what you need, you might have to go back to eating everything. I know people who had to go back to eating meat.
