Diagnosed with MDD and GAD a couple years ago and I take wellbutrin and effexor for it. Usually , I can go weeks with just feeling okay. I'm not happy and my outlook on life isn't great, but I'm not in a hole either.
Lately, the dips that I've had have been much more devistating. They last for about 2 weeks and during those times I hurt so bad I don't know what to do with myself.

Does anyone else who has depression have these depressive episodes? I wasn't diagnosed as being bipolar and I don't think that would apply because I never get manic.
