Mouse, that sounds serious. I agree that you need to go to a doctor. How long have you had these symptoms? I also think you should tell them about the aspirin (how much aspirin, btw?) - tell the doctor how much aspirin, anyway. And please let us know. I'm worried about you. Ulcers sound like a good possibility, and you really need to get that treated.
