For this of us on Lithium or other meds that cause dehydration or skin issues, here is some good infor I have found whilst researching. I used to sell skincare for am different companies and I have become an expert.

You can drink a lot of water because lithium can cause dehydration so you should be keeping hydrated. I buy the cheap market pantry brand from Target and I've sworn off any coffee or sugar because those dehydrate you as well.

Also you can et a good moisturizing body lotion for extremely dry skin and make sure you're using a good soap for your body that won't mess up your epidermis. I recommend Purpose or Cetaphil. The are for your fave but they can work on your body as well.

Finally, a good facial moisterizer and products with vitamin E will help. Vitamin E and C is what your skin feeds on and will help but beware because too much vitamin E can store in the Liver and kill you.

Finally... NO Alcohol! Not in your cup. Not in your body products and especially not in your facial moisturizer or toners.

When you drink, you become dehydrated Very Quickly.
