My husband has been overweight for about 5 years or so. It bothers him, but he doesn't know what to do about it or how to lose the weight. He'll try something for a week or two and then quit because it's hard, he doesn't have time, doesn't see results right away, etc. He gets discouraged easily with this and also tempted by junk food / fast food often. I want to help him lose the weight and get healthy, but I also don't want to hurt his feelings by agreeing that he needs to lose it. I love him no matter what, but I think he would just be happier and more confident if he were able to slim down. Do you guys have any advice on how I can support him and help him?
